Free Info Session
This is a video of a Free Info Session, which unlike a Free Intro, is a little more of a lecture, with optional take-home prompts.
I encourage women to attend my free online or in-person Intros if possible, as I include time for a brief check-in, two prompts and share circles. In this way, participating in an Intro is a little bit like participating in a workshop — you can get a taste of what it’s like.
What's in the video
I start by describing the challenges faced by women writers as I’ve observed over my years of facilitation. I then share my six tools to support writers to grow, maintain flow and break through blocks, with examples of how women transform in these dynamic and very supportive circles.
I offer two prompts designed to support women’s inner-work and deepen their relationship with their writing, two writing periods and two optional share circles. The session concludes with a description of the series, sample prompts from the series — which women may try at home — and a Q + A.
